Hazy Indian Pale Ale
In November of 2020 I embarked on the journey of brewing my first beer. I decided to brew a Hazy IPA, an IPA with a dry hopping process in the second fermentation cycle which gives the beer tropical notes. The dry hopping process gives the beer a translucent haze, thus coining the phrase 'Hazy' IPA.
Calculations for Alcohol by Volume
After 3 weeks of fermentation, the brew was ready to be bottled
The end to end process took 5 weeks, with 3 weeks of fermentation, and 2 weeks of bottling.
